The PowerHawks struggled against the Kings 4-1 in home game

Josh Mitchell came up big, stopping 37 of 40 shots throughout the game. The Skylands Kings took the lead late in the first on a goal from Craig Scarpa and never looked back.

Eric Vanderhoff had a busy night with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and Craig Garrigan delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).

During the first, Garrigan opened the scoring for Skylands with a goal at 17:00 with helpers from his linemates, Vanderhoff and Sizov. Scarpa quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 18:24 with a helper from his defensive partner, Gay.

During the second period, Domiano finally put Niagara Falls on the board with a goal at 14:44 with assists from his teammates Schweickert and Walerowicz.

In the third, Andrey answered for the Kings with a goal at 12:11 with helpers from his linemates, Garrigan and Vanderhoff. Vanderhoff scored a goal at 20:00 with assists from Scarpa and Garrigan.
